Lifetime Warranty

All equipment manufactured by Griffin Products is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the equipment. Upon factory inspection, Griffin Products will repair or replace equipment found to be defective. No equipment may be returned without a return authorization number. Equipment must be returned freight prepaid. Griffin Products will prepay freight for shipment of equipment back to the customer. This warranty applies to original purchaser only. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from alterations, abuse, damage or repairs. This warranty does not cover items such as faucets, drains, casters, etc. This warranty limits Griffin Products’ liability to the cost of the defective equipment. This warranty does not cover the cost of removal/installation of equipment. No other warranty is express or implied.
